Who this applies to

Drivers, vehicle owners and fleet operators who register on taxiAi.online, for any vehicle type the platform supports where it is legally permitted (cars, motorcycles, tuk-tuks, minibuses, buses).

Verification before work

No driver, vehicle or service can accept real bookings before passing the required verification and licensing checks for their country, city and vehicle category.

Required documents depend on the location and vehicle type and may include ID, driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance. Documents are stored privately and seen only by you and authorised reviewers.

How decisions are made

Automated checks may help reviewers but never reject an application on their own. A human reviews any case that is not clearly complete and valid. We never claim an official government check unless one was actually performed.

Conduct

Treat passengers with respect, follow local traffic and transport laws, keep documents up to date, and never share your account.

Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for expired documents, false information, safety complaints or breaking the law. You may contact support to appeal.

Founding Drivers offer

The 5% commission and the $300 first-year subscription (0% commission, paid in optional steps of $5, $50, $100 and $145) are a limited founding offer, open for joining only during the first 3 months after official launch. Drivers who join later follow the standard rates published in advance.

Automatic approval

When all four required documents are submitted, the account is approved automatically and can be audited or suspended later by our team.

Relationship

Whether drivers act as independent partners or otherwise will be stated here before launch.
