Ride requests are free today; no payment is taken yet, so no charges or refunds apply.

You can cancel any request for free before a driver starts the trip.

Payments

When payments go live they are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Any refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

When bookings launch

Cancellation windows, any cancellation fees, refund eligibility and processing times will be published on this page before bookings or payments go live. No fee will be charged unless it was shown to you before you confirmed.

Disputes

For any complaint, contact us through the Contact page with your account email and details. We aim to reply within a reasonable time.
