Delete inside the app
Sign in, open My account, choose Delete account and type the confirmation word. Your account is deleted immediately.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account, profile (name, phone, language), roles, bookings, smart appointments and uploaded driver documents are permanently deleted.
What may be kept
Only records we are legally required to keep (for example tax or safety records once bookings and payments exist), for the period the law requires. Today no such records exist.
Can't sign in?
Send the request below. We will check that you own the email address before deleting anything. Submitting the form does not delete data by itself.
