taxiAi.online is owned and operated by AYA DIGITAL LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the website or app.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, phone number, account type (passenger or driver), and preferred language.

Technical data: security logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type) to protect the service. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Driver documents: ID, driving licence, vehicle registration and a live selfie taken with the driver's consent, stored privately and visible only to their owner and authorised reviewers. We do not use automated face recognition or create biometric templates.

Bookings and appointments: pickup, destination, time, passengers, notes and safety code, shared only with the driver who accepts the ride.

Questions to the "Noor" assistant: the text of your question is sent to NooorAi.com to get an answer, so do not include sensitive data.

Ads: we count total views and clicks per ad without linking them to you.

Location data: we do not collect your device location today; you type addresses yourself. When maps launch we will ask for permission first and share location only with the driver serving your ride.

Creating and managing your account and securing your sign-in.

Operating the ride service: matching requests with drivers, calculating fares, and handling payments when launched.

Communicating with you about your account.

Complying with legal and regulatory requirements in the countries we operate in.

Data sharing

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We use a hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud) to store data and send account emails, and NooorAi.com for the smart assistant.

Payments: processed by Stripe and PayPal once enabled; we never store your card numbers.

We share data when legally required by a competent authority.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from within the app, your personal data is permanently deleted, except what we are legally required to retain.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data from the My Account page, and permanently delete your account from within the app or through the public Delete account page (/delete-account).

Security

We use encrypted connections and standard security practices to protect your data, and restrict access to those who need it for operational purposes only.

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date.
