Acceptance of terms

By using taxiAi.online you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form an agreement between you and AYA DIGITAL LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts

The information you provide at registration must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Account types

Passenger account: for requesting rides once the service launches.

Driver account: requires completing document verification before accepting requests, and is subject to local licensing requirements in each country.

Acceptable use

You must not use the platform for any unlawful activity, identity misrepresentation, or manipulation of the system or ride pricing.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

Service and payment

The ride and payment services launch in phases. Prices and payment methods will be clearly shown before any ride is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; payment processing fees may be added for the rider and are shown before confirming.

The Founding Drivers offer (5% commission, or a $300 first-year subscription with 0% commission) is a limited promotion open for joining only during the first 3 months after official launch. After that, the standard rates announced in advance apply.

Rides are real-world services delivered by independent drivers; the platform is a technical intermediary connecting the two parties.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", and we make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate. Your interaction with the driver during a ride is subject to safety requirements and local legal frameworks.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AYA DIGITAL LLC is registered, and the platform complies with local transport licensing requirements in each country where the service launches.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms; the updated version will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
